Here’s another great runway nail look created by the talented Essie team for the

Naeem Khan Spring Summer 2016 runway show

at New York Fashion Week!

Runway inspiration:
Inspired by the ornate, bejeweled pieces found throughout Naeem Khan’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection, Julie Kandalec for essie created a nail design that mimicked jewels trailing down the nail. The sheer shades paired with silver glitter presented a chic, modern and wearable nail look.

essie nail products used:

  • ridge filling base coat
  • topless & barefoot
  • limo-scene
  • set in stones
  • gel.setter top coat

Get the look:
1. Apply ridge filling base coat to clean, filed nails
2. Next, apply one thin coat of topless & barefoot
3. Then, apply one coat of limo-scene
4. Carefully dot set in stones on the nail near the cuticle, working the glitter towards the free edge to create the gradient effect
5. Finish with gel.setter top coat
