What is the return/exchange policy?
If you would prefer to return or exchange an item(s), the following criteria must be met.
- All item(s) must be returned back within 14 days from receipt.
- Unwashed, Unworn with original hangtags still in place.
- All returned packages must accompany this form and a copy of the original receipt.
- Packages not adhering to these guidelines will not be accepted.
*Customer is responsible for shipping back to our facility.
If you would prefer a refund, you will need to send the item(s) back to us. (See the criteria above) Please write on the return form the reason why you are returning the item(s). We do require the parcel recorded delivery, as there is an electronic tracking and trace available.
We do not provide free returns.
Once we have received the parcel your return will be processed. Please be advised all refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. After we have processed your refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 28 working days.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been refunded. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund of the merchandise excluding shipping cost.

Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.
Items must be in NEW and unused condition, as determined by Manis and Muscles Apparel.

Exchanges will be shipped at your cost. Original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded.
*Any domestic order, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Sales are final on discounted items and cannot be returned.
