Nail Art Tutorial: Fall Dotticure with Essie

Beauty, Fashion, Fitness & Nails

Essie Fall 2015 Collection

Essie’s 2015 Fall Collection has arrived… and as you can see these colors are full of pigment and rich deep tones.  Seeing as though i’ve been pressed for time lately i decided to create two simple fall dotticures using shades from Essie’s 2015 Fall collection.

First Essie Fall Dotticure is shown using:

With The Band – toasted spice burgundy red
Bell Bottom Blues – intense midnight indigo blue

For those of you who like wearing red nail polish, With The Band by Essie is a great fall red!  It’s a warm & vibrant deep burgundy.  You almost don’t need two coats!  It spreads on evenly without streaking too!

Get the look:

  1. 1 coat of your favorite base coat – First Base Base Coat by Essie
  2. 2 coats of With The Band by Essie
  3. Using a dotting tool.  Simply apply a straight line of dots down the side each nail using Bell Bottom Blues by Essie.
  4. Seal in your design with 1 coat of Good To Go by Essie

Below are a few close ups
Shown: Bell Bottom Blues

Shown: With The Band

& another look at a version of a simple fall dotticure using shades from Essie’s Fall 2015 collection is shown below.

Colors used are In The Lobby by Essie (Fall 2015) with 3 small dots in the middle of each nail using Leggy Legend by Essie (Fall 2015)
