Halloween Nail Art: Festive Ghoulish Nails Step by Step Tutorial

Beauty, Fashion, Fitness & Nails

Hey there Nail Enthusiasts!
In the spirit of Halloween i decided to try out a fun new nail design which also happened to be inspired by a swimsuit shown in Mercedes-Benz-Fashion Week Istanbul by  adL.

Keeping it simple this nail design only took 20 minutes with 4 easy steps!

Links to the items mentioned in this post can be found at the bottom of the page.

Follow the steps below to get these Trendy Goulish Nails!

Step 1:  Start with solid off-white nails.  I used 2 coats of  Waltz by Essie.

Step 2:  Paint orange tips using your nail polish brush.  I began about 1/4 of the way down my nail and continued to the tip and capped the edges of my nails to prevent any possible premature chipping.

Step 3:  Using a dotting tool with a medium size tip.  Paint brown wavy lines across the edges of the orange.
(If you don’t have a dotting tool, any thin striping brush will also work.)

Step 4:  Continue your pattern using your brown polish.  Extend some of the brown in the opposite direction over your off white nails to mimic the pattern in the swimsuit.  Make a few more wiggly half circles and a few random dots to complete your nail look.

Voilla!  There you have it.  Just add 1 coat of your favorite dry fast top coat to insure your ghoulish Halloween nail art stays fresh and shiny and you’re good to go!

Thanks so much for stopping by!!!   I’d love to hear from you… feel free to leave me a comment & let me know what kind of  trick or treating Halloween Nails you rocked for Halloween!
