Here’s an oldie but goodie –  Twin Sweater Set

from Essie’s Fall 2013 collection.  Believe it or not my mom introduced me to this shade last winter!  I loved it so much I had to pick up a bottle for myself!

Twin Sweater Set’s a great shade for winter because of it’s deep hue.  Super glossy and leaves a flawless finish.

Close Comparisons Reds:

These 3 shades are almost identical!

  • *Jump in my jumpsuit – Essie (Thicker consistency, most even finish)
  • Head Mistress – Essie (Thinner consistency, same tone)
  • Twin Sweater Set – Essie (Thinner consistency, same tone)

*New Shade

I like all three shades but I’m favoring Jump in my jumpsuit mostly because I was able to get the most coverage after the first coat.  Essie has seemed to amp up the formula making this red the least runny out of the 3.

You can buy these colors online on amazon or Ulta Beauty.

Take a look at a few close ups, plus for the last picture I added a coat of matte nail polish to the tips.

Here’s a comparison from Essie’s new winter collection – Jump in my Jumpsuit
Very similar but a little deeper than Twin Sweater Set.
