Taking A Short Break From Patterns: White Nails

Beauty, Fashion, Fitness & Nails

Marshmallow-Essie

I decided to take a little break from patterns to focus on a simple, easy look for all seasons.

White Nails

I wanted a softer look so I choose Marshmallow and Waltz by essie.  Both are semi-sheer shades of white.

At times I find that Marshmallow will streak and Waltz is not opaque enough by itself.  So I decided to use both shades.

Here’s the Layers
First I used a sticky base coat.
Then I added my layers of polish
• 1 layer of Marshmallow
• 1 Layer of Waltz
• 2 Layers of Marshmallow (try using 1 layer of Marshmallow & add the 2nd layer if needed)
• 1 coat of Seche Vite – Dry Fast Top Coat
