Zoya released 6 new shades for Spring 2014 in their brand new collection named Awaken!
I would sum up this collection as a mix of 6 sherbert toned shimmers and cream colored lacquers.  Perfect for Spring and Summer and Vegan Friendly!

Each shade retails on www.zoya.com for $9/ bottle.  Or you can buy all 6 polishes in the collection for $54.  In addition to the 6 lacquers there’s one textured polish named “Monet” .   A clear jelly base with small multi-colored holographic flecks.  Monet retails for $10.  This is only polish out of the collection I wouldn’t recommend.  I wasn’t thrilled with the consistency and the glitter was a definite challenge to polish evenly onto my nails.  I used it over “Dot”  a bubble gum pink.  Also new in the collection.  Check out my swatches below.

Awaken – Zoya Spring 2014 Collection

Dot – Bubble Gum Pink

Zoya Nail Polish in Dot can be best described as a full-coverage pink petal cream (originally released as Dot for fashion designer Zang Toi’s SS14 Collection).

Dot - Zoya

Hudson – Purple Orchid with Metallic Shimmer

Zoya Nail Polish in Hudson can be best described as a full-coverage, purple orchid metallic with a silver shimmer.
I’m absolutely loving Hudson with it’s pretty orchid purple tone and shimmer… can’t wait to try this out for summer.

Hudson

Rebel – Sky Blue with Metallic Shimmer

Zoya Nail Polish in Rebel can be best described as a full-coverage blue sky metallic with a silver shimmer.

Rebel - Zoya

Dillon – Mint Green with Metallic Shimmer

Zoya Nail Polish in Dillon can be best described as a full-coverage, green mint metallic with a silver shimmer.

I’m not the biggest fan of green nail polish but Dillion was another surprisingly pretty shade.  Loving the shimmer!

Dillon

Brooklyn – White Gold with Metallic Shimmer

Zoya Nail Polish in Brooklyn can be best described as a full-coverage, white-gold shimmer metallic.
Brooklyn’s probably one of my top 3 in the collection.  I’m really looking forward to wearing this with a deep rich tan!  Besides it looking great on dark skin, I bet it will be a favorite pedicure color too!  Can’t wait for Summer!!!

Brooklyn

Cole – Creamy Peach Sherbert

Zoya Nail Polish in Cole can be best described as a full-coverage peach whisper cream (originally released during NYFW as Stella for Peter Som’s SS14 Collection).

Cole

Monet
– Clear Jelly Base with Multi-Colored Cellophane Flecks

Zoya Nail Polish in Monet can be best described as a multi-colored, cellophane holographic special effect topper. Apply as an accent or use as an overall color changer. Try Monet over any of your favorite Spring 2014 Awaken Collection shades – the translucent cellophane flakes look different over every color!
This is the only addition to the collection that I wasn’t a big fan of.  The consistency is very thick and the holographic flecks where a challenge to spread evenly.  I photographed this over Dot.

Monet

There you have it!  All 6 colors for Spring 2014 from Zoya.  Available online at www.zoya.com and through Ulta Beauty Stores Nationwide.
