Hey there nail enthusiasts!
I know i’s been a while since i’ve posted a mani tutorial inspired by fashion, so here you go & just in time for spring!
Today’s Mani Muse is inspired by a piece in the Alexander McQueen Resort 2016 Collection.
Here’s what you’ll need to create these trendy nails!
- Private Weekend by Essie – Almost White
- Going Incognito by Essie – Hunter Green
- Playing Innocent by Ginger + Liz – Pale Yellow
- Darcy by Zoya – Bright Yellow
- Thin nail art striping brush
Step 1: Paint 2 coats of Private Weekend by Essie over all your nails
Step 2: Using a thin striping brush & Going Incognito by Essie. Paint a few curved lines (leaf stems) over each nail.
Step 3: Using (light yellow) Playing Innocent by Ginger + Liz add a few dots at the ends of each green stem. (no special tools needed. These flower dots can be misshaped and irregular)
Step 4: Repeat step 3 but use a darker and brighter yellow. I used Darcy by Zoya.
Step 5: Seal in your nail art with your favorite dry fast top coat.
