Inspiration

The Alexander Wang Fall/Winter 2017 collection pulled inspiration from a strong and rebellious individual, which echoed throughout his collection with industrial detailing and embellishments. Rita Remark for essie used this inspiration to create a “concrete” nail look, which Rita said symbolizes the “foundation that allows your individuality to shine.”

Products Used

Get the look:

  1. Start with grow stronger base coat to create a smooth base.
  2. Apply one coat of sand tropez.
  3. Next, apply one coat of sugar daddy.
  4. Finish with matte about you top coat for a “concrete” finish.

essie pro tip: If you have trouble with neutral polishes on your skin tone, Rita suggests layering to find one that works. “essie sheer polish is made to layer. Try customizing your sand tropez color with allure or au natural.”
